“During our trip we stayed in 4 Best Western's and this one had recently been updated. The rooms were nice and clean but the door has a 2 inch gap, you could hear everything in the hallway and see quite a bit of light. We were thankful we brought a loud fan. For the price, I'd expect the elevator to work or at least be warned it was out of service prior to arrival. Staff wasn't completely rude but they weren't very friendly either. I think they maybe spoke a sentence to us at check-in. Breakfast was picked over quickly but still okay. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience but it wasn't the best.”

“We stayed here with our senior bus tour group so we could be ready to board the Badger ferry the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had no issues and feel the hotel was a good value. Sorry I didn't take any pictures.”

“The room was decent other than the tube. The jets didn't work and it needs updated. The breakfast was okay, however it would have been nice to have it breakfast other than waffles.”
