The ludington Branch was by far. The WORST customer service I have EVER Delt with. I was working with the branch manager, she really needs to take a class on people skills. Absolutely terrible.

This bank needs to hire tellers that can actually do math. Be nice if they would have a manager in there once in a while too. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever had to deal with
