We tried to open a checking account online after moving to the area. We were approved but when we tried to activate the cards it said our account was now closed. We went to the local branch for help and they couldn't even tell us what the problem was...they said they were not authorized to tell us the reason and we were denied being able to open a new account. Horrible service and shady practices. Find somewhere else to bank.

I’ve banked with PNC for 10 years now, but haven’t had to actually visit the branch much since 2017. Since October of 2022, I’ve been they a few times, and twice they’ve messed up my account without calling to tell me. Another downside is, the teller isn’t able to answer many questions for you, and I’m sure it’s maybe just not part of their job… just very inconvenient. The upside is that the staff is very nice, and I do very much appreciate kind people.

This bank needs to hire tellers that can actually do math. Be nice if they would have a manager in there once in a while too. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever had to deal with

Well I remember why I stopped banking there years ago. I had a check to cash, that’s drawn off of PNC Bank. Told me I need two forms of ID and it would be 2% to cash the check. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll just go to my bank instead.But this interaction was definitely a good reminder I made the correct choice in switching banks! Thank you for that.

We’ve been members for over 20 years and how a dispute was handled was the most inept experience we’ve ever had. Pnc has failed on numerous levels and the local branch has failed to make it right. Pnc has now lost members of 20 years because of a $100 dispute. How you treat people is everything and the inability to see the larger picture shows terrible business practices.

Your inability to solve a problem is like a kindergartens inability to stand still. This manager rotation location is terrible. With all the banking choices available, why would anyone deal with this customer service? I am a 20 year client, and today was treated like a criminal because I needed a couple grand available today, out of over $12k in deposits. They were payroll, local competing bank checks located 1/2 mile down the road. Oh by the way my balances from my 4 additional accounts in my name amounted to nearly 8k. Seems like a easy problem to me, geez nothing but a number!

I called this branch several times to speak to the Loan Officer and was continuously told to call back or that she was busy. I understand people are busy but if you cannot even return a phone call, hire some more people.

LJ was awesome! Super easy to open a new account for my son. He explained everything to us and was very accommodating and kind. He is truly an asset to that bank!

I absolutely love this bank they have by far the BEST technology around mason county.. I get ONE fee of 7$ if there isn't a direct deposit every month ..which is better than preferred credit union i was getting charged 14$ a month and they wouldn't even allow me to have a checking account! The people are extremely nice here I ruined my debit card i called they said come on in we will get you another one within 10mins..and there's NO fee. Really irritates me that there's people out there that just want to complain about a bank and give them a really low rating just because there's things on there statements they dont understand communicate with your tellers. You guys do a wonderful job keep up the great work and keep on smiling!! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ™ŒðŸ™Œ God bless~ Jess Mitchell

Fee here, fee there! By far thee worst bank I've banked with. I had to watch my statements like a hawk. A free checking turned into a not so free checking in a quick hurry. I'm sad I didn't switch sooner and save my money!
