We rented a storage unit for my mother in law. Being 2 hours away, Chad was great from the initial contact of setting us up with one, all the way until we cleaned it out. Easy move in and out. Somebody was always available when we had questions or needed help. Unit was clean. If we ever need extra storage again, we will definitely be returning!
