I went in today to check out their sale and was greeted by the nicest most helpful employee, Krista. The store was quite busy but she made sure to assist me in finding the shoes I wanted. She was knowledgeable and friendly, it’s nice to receive good customer service, I will definitely be going back to the Ludington location!”
