Between the Luzerne post office in mio post office it is taken over 5 weeks now to do an address change. And still is not complete..This is unacceptable

The lobby sometimes closes up to 30 minutes before it is suppose to. At 3pm the door was locked and the hours starts open until 3:30

This woman should be fired!! I have a post office box and mail box!! She keeps sending back my mail!! Saying wrong address!!
