“It is an absolutely a fun experience because interacting with the ones that work here. They make everyone feel welcome and perks has a lot to choose from. Night shift Matt now he's a great guy good to talk to funny and is kind and helpful to anyone there when your needing gas or to come for a late nite snack or whatever but I think all perks here in Ionia have good food nice workers and tons of choices to choose from. Very nice and pleasant place. 5 Stars from me.”
“This is a super nice, modern gas station. The bathrooms are spotless, and the store is always super clean. Staff is always very friendly, and everything is up to date. You can tell the owner really wants your extra mile to make sure it's a nice convenience store/ gas station.?.. coffee is fantastic as well ☕”

“I stopped in here to look for Venoms, no luck but the worker here was really helpful. In fact i was about to leave without purchasing anything, but Noah i believe his name is, knew about energy drinks and was discussing rip its with me. I bought a few because of his reviews of the products. Thats a good worker. Then even discussed if they were hiring, and again he was helpful. I would give you a solid 5 stars perfect except for one thing.. you have no Venoms. This whole town has none, they are crazy popular, and they will sell faster than the rest i promise you. Please stock regular Venoms (Black Mamba).”

“This place! They have a genius chef someplace in the back making tamales and “crispitos,” sandwiches, salads, and treats in huge variety and quantity. You pay $2 for a tamale and it’s perfectly engineered. Not dry. Filling all through. ??? Chef’s kiss!!? McDonald’s can pack up and leave town.?”
“This review is strictly regarding Shawna, not the store. We were on my way home from vacation and my wife and mother in-law went a separate way to go shopping. I didn't realize until I needed fuel, that me and the kids were 1.5 hours away from home and about the same distance away from my wife, who had my wallet in her car. I had less than an 1/8th of a tank of gas with a 2 year old and a 7 year old in a very hot day, just trying to make it back home. I went inside to ask if the gas station accepts Cash App, and unfortunately they didn't. Shawna looked outside and saw my kids in the car and offered me $20 to put gas in the car and make it back home, and if that wasn't enough she offered more. We figured out how to pay her through my phone app, but the gesture was an unbelievable moment. All Shawna asked was for me to pay it forward. I've never been in a situation like that before, but Shawna got my kids home that day. Citgo, Shawna needs to be recognized for being an amazing person. She knows the regular customers and treated me like family even though she's never met me before. If your team members are willing to help strangers, imagine what they do for the regular customers. Please recognize her however you feel appropriate, but it is well deserved and she should feel valued. Thank you Shawna! This gesture meant the world to me. Blessed, Matt.”

“My husband and I come in there every morning before he goes to work to get drinks for the day. The red haired girl who everyone is bashing on here FOR DOING HER JOB is one of the nicest people I've met in any gas station anywhere. She's very down to earth and welcoming. Never had an issue with anyone there. Great people. I drive the extra few miles from home just to get gas and things there for the day. I know when I walk in there if she is working, I will be met with a smiling face and a good laugh before I go. Keep up the good work girl!”

“At a good halfway point between Lansing and GR. EZ on/off hwy. Gas prices are about the same as in town. Has a Subway sandwich show attached. Truckers can shower and use wifi here. Relatively orderly store. Good customer for at the cash register. I bought a prepackage burrito. Let's see how a truck stop burrito works out for me. LOL.”
“Clean and reliable. Fresh washer fluid with the squeegee at the pumps … not sure the last time I’ve seen that on a consistent basis.It’s convenient off of I-96, clean, and always friendly… now my go-to stop on my way back to Detroit”

“Market priced gas, REALLY cheap and amazing car wash. It got my car cleaner than other $15 laser carwashes have. This wash only costs $5 (most expensive is $10), comes with underbody rinse, and actually rinses off the car and dries it”
“I love to dtop here and get Sozo Coffee every morning on my way to work. The staff are very pleasant and the place is always clean. The reason it's not 5 stars is I can ne er use my bank card to pay for gas their pumps are faulty and that is annoying so I never get gas there.”

“I've been coming here for the last three years going on four. I have had a wonderful experience every time I have came here! Every worker I have met has been really nice, respectful, and easy to talk to. It seems they go through employees often though which makes me question the owners even tho I have never met them..and as far as keeping up with the snow removal well this winter it's been pretty rough (can't remember last years) especially driving up/down the hill entrance and usually icy when walking from pumps up to the door, but other than that this is a nice clean gas station. Also glad they provide alcohol now especially during summer time & being real close to the lakes!”
