“Me and my friends came into this store and were treated by very friendly and polite staff. My friend bought a blue crossbody bag, and unfortunately as soon as we left the store the zipper on the bag broke. We came back and explained what happened and they were very apologetic and offered a brand new bag to replace the broken one. We were only in the store a short time and the two ladies working this store were a highlight of the day.”

It turns out the store on the island is part of their chain, which made the exchange process even smoother.
