“Called to see first if they had any Saturday appointments available, none worked for my availability. Asked if they were available that day and they were able to fit me in! They even called me before my appointment time and got me in an hour earlier which was great! Quoted fairly, paid as quoted. They were very respectful and kind when I walked in. Shop looked very professional and clean. They did an excellent job on my front two windows matching the factory tint on the rear windows. The best part… they got me in and out within 30 minutes!! Highly recommend! VERY professional.”

“I took my jeep in to get 2 front tires and a alignment, the car had been there since 8 am they did not take it in till 7:30 at night , when I left at 810 that night. Driving home it did not feel right, when I got home I found they had taken my good tires off the back and left the bald ones on the front. When I went back the next day , Mike said our bad , and they would put my tires back on right away , after a 1.5 hours I looked out side to see the jeep in the parking lot, of course no one told me it was done , so then when I got in the car the low air indicator was on , so I went back to tell them and they said so had to drive it and it will reset. Of course it never did I went to Discount tire and both front tires were low. The end result is I will never back to bell tire and I share my horrible experience with all my friends”
