“I recently brought in my car to them. A local car wash had broken off the shark fin on the rear deck lid on my vehicle. Mark at their shop took me right in to discuss. They immediately took my vehicle in the shop and repaired it while I waited. Additionally I had several surface scratches on the rear quarter panel that I asked them to repair/fix which they did as well done by Ethan in the shop who was great to work with. Also Jordan assisted in the repair and explained all they had to do to correct. They were honest, quick, and fair with the entire scope of all the work that had to be done. Our family will be back to see them if we need any collision work done on our vehicles.”

“Don’t think there’s a collision shop out there that’s covered by your car insurance that comes even close to Lakeside on 23 mile. Fixed my 2015 Dodge Challenger- serious hit in the drivers side. Almost totaled. I’m very familiar the doing body work and painting cars and know when things are done right, and Lakeside Collision in Shelby did a great job. Twice as good as the next best shop in my 45 yrs of experience. Between me, my family and all my friends, looking at the work they had done, no shop compares. Not even close. Been to many dealers, major chains, and highly rated independent shops. Lakeside on 23 leaves them in the dust.
They fought with the insurance company and used all new factory panels on my car- factory not aftermarket , epoxy primers to reduce potential for future rust , etc. They were very diligent about the frame and body straightening too.
Constant communication so you know the status every few days by email, and they call you call when a major update is needed. What you expect from a quality job. They may take a little longer that others, but that’s the price of quality work.”

“I had unfortunate luck and hit a deer late at night on my way home from Arcadia. My fortunate luck was the closest body shop happened to be Vans in Shelby.My older truck was pretty much a total loss. Winston pulled the bumper and tweeked the many busted parts and made it drivable. “John Lewis was a huge help! Ok so, I went in for an oil change, 07/02, came right after work about 5-5:30ish, and someone thought they could squeeze me in for an oil change, left my car there, came back at 7:50pm to find out they didn't touch my car… Angry? No. Annoyed? Slightly. John wasn’t the original guy that i talked too but he was so apologetic and he got me an appointment the next day as soon as they open. 07/03, They were about to pull my car in and John noticed bumps on 2 of my tires, then told me “I HAD to get new tires”… not proud to say i did have 2 different emotional stages and was slightly a difficult customer. Even with that, John was so patient, helpful, and understanding where i was coming from. They got my oil change done and tires done!”
