“This is my first google review. The reason it is being written is because Marco is the man! He was successfully able to fix a water damaged phone stuck in a boot loop by troubleshooting and actually caring. He was honest about the expectations, upfront about the cost ,and he offered options. It was cheaper than a big chain or corporate stores like the ones you'd find in a mall that fix phones.”

“Went there yesterday morning, in and out in 20, maybe 25 minutes, replaced the screen on my iphone 11 for pretty cheap, and its been working great so far. Definitely recommend, very friendly also.”

“Was having issues with my android phone not charging even with a new charging cord. Went to Verizon store as that's where I got the phone at, and I was instructed to clean it with a toothpick. I wasn't comfortable with that and went to youbreakifix store on Hall Road. Spoke with Shea and she took it in back did whatever cleaning she did and returned it working properly without any issues. When asked what I owe her she said nothing. Just leave the store positive feedback. I'll be a return customer if needed.”
“AJ is amazing, quick, friendly & knowledgeable. My husband was taking my daughters ipads other places to repair her screen. I told him we needed to get repairs here as I have in the past for myself and we were not disappointed. My daughter is autistic and repairs are expensive & frequent. AJ & his girl coworker helped me find a plan that makes life more affordable. So happy with the service & repairs here!”

“I've come here twice already and they're efficient, nice, and speedy! The first time, I brought in my phone to fix the side button, and they finished it in practically no time. The second time, I brought my laptop and was given an honest opinion on whether or not it was worth it to fix or just buy a new one. They even took out my laptop ssd for no charge! Both times I was helped by Erich, but the other staff are super kind, as well :)
Overall, great and reliable customer service. I highly recommend!”
