“My wife and I were looking for a fountain for our home. We went to Decor Statuette on a Saturday at 2:45 pm. We thought they closed a 5:00 pm not knowing they actually closed at 3:00. So, we arrived only 15 minutes before closing. When we walked in, we were greeted by the nicest young lady Nina you could ever imagine! She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. We apologized for coming in so close to closing and she assured us it was no problem and to take our time. We found a fountain we loved and asked questions regarding it. She was so helpful. We ended up buying it and having them deliver it and set it up for us. Nina went over in detail the care and maintenance of the fountain as well as the winterizing process. The delivery was right on time as scheduled and installed perfectly. I can’t recommend Decor Statuette enough. Thank you so much! And keep up the great customer service.”

“Recently, I spoke with Mike regarding the draining and removal of my waterbed in IL. I was very pleased with his kindness of trying to help me as much as he could over the phone AND he also mentioned that he would do everything he could to help, which might have included him coming to Chicago, if necessary, to do it himself.
That phone call gave me peace of mind in case, I did not find a solution.

“My wife andI went to the Sleep Number store in Sterling Heights, MI on Hall Road.Sales Rep Bobby was well versed on the Sleep Number bed lineup. He quickly and confidently answered all of our questions. I was able to test the mattresses while he described the features in more detail. He also shared the return policy with us. We are having issues with the Gardner White's return/exchange policies for my wife's new Tempurpedic mattress. Beware! They don't tell you that you HAVE TO BUY their mattress cover at the point of sale to be eligible for a return/exchange and to be eligible for the 10 year warranty. She has a mattress pad already, but was not made aware of that policy, and was told she cannot exchange the mattress even though it was delivered this morning. Sleep Number mattresses can be exchanged after a 60 day break in period. There is a small fee for pickup and removal of the returned/exchanged mattress, but I can use my own mattress pad, if I want, or purchase a new one at their store. Return/exchanges are NOT tied to any accessory purchases!Bobby did not press or bully us into a purchase. Two of my sister's have Sleep Number beds and they love them! I am confident that I will love the Sleep Number bed, and that Bobby will help me through any issues I might have. Excited to get my new Sleep Number bed! Thanks Bobby!”

“The drive up experience was perfect! I placed my order online and realized I forgot something. There was a button that actually said “Forget something?” So I placed a second order for the item I forgot, and Target told me online that I’d be getting both orders at pickup. When I let Target know via the link in their email that I was on my way, and then checked in when I got there, it told me that I had 2 orders coming out. Great communication! The young man who brought out the orders was very friendly and pleasant, too. An all around great experience that I will be doing again!”
