“I was looking for a beautiful piece for our new Mary Grotto at our Holy Family Catholic School, and Nina was able to get it! Since I was quite a distance away, Nina took the time to share pictures and ideas through emails and texts. She also made a super “color” suggestion for this piece based upon our stamped concrete color scheme as well! She and her “loading crew” were wonderful people to work with. They helped make this entire process so smooth! Decor Statuette has beautiful statues, fountains, figurines of all shapes, sizes, colors and for all occasions! “Recently, I spoke with Mike regarding the draining and removal of my waterbed in IL. I was very pleased with his kindness of trying to help me as much as he could over the phone AND he also mentioned that he would do everything he could to help, which might have included him coming to Chicago, if necessary, to do it himself.
That phone call gave me peace of mind in case, I did not find a solution.
From that experience with Mike, I am very impressed with the wonderful gentleman he is and I bet everyone around him loves him! I can only imagine how wonderful he is with his local customers. Way to go Mike!”

“The drive up experience was perfect! I placed my order online and realized I forgot something. There was a button that actually said “Forget something?” So I placed a second order for the item I forgot, and Target told me online that I’d be getting both orders at pickup. When I let Target know via the link in their email that I was on my way, and then checked in when I got there, it told me that I had 2 orders coming out. Great communication! The young man who brought out the orders was very friendly and pleasant, too. An all around great experience that I will be doing again!”
