The owner is very personable and willing to listen to any concerns or feedback from customers. If there are issues, they are addressed in a timely fashion. I love the location and easy access. “Can’t go wrong with this location, takes 2 days tops for all my clothes to be thoroughly cleaned. I recently brought in a dress with a slight tear on it and for it to hemmed and they did an amazing job and reasonable price. The employees are nice and friendly. Great place, would recommend??”

“This places is pretty good. For small repairs they are reasonable and while they couldn't get the finger paint out of a shirt that i now use for fun, they did clear up some bleeding on a black and white silk top that from two other places told me was impossible. And I didn't even have to ask them!
They can be pricy, as my sister had to pay 50 dollars for a jacket, but she had a half wool and half leather mix jacket so each part needed special cleaning and time. But it looked perfect and my sister now knows to keep the jacket in better condition .”

“My washer died so I’ve had to wash a couple of loads a week here. It’s well lit & usually clean. During high traffic times it does get messy, not dirty, because people don’t clean up after themselves. I like that I don’t have to use a laundry card & can use coins. Washers work great. Prices are reasonable. I dry my clothes at home so I can’t comment on the dryers. Parking is a little tight. Customers are in their vehicle waiting for their clothes to finish, radios blaring while they puff puff pass so I don’t necessarily feel safe going in and out but I don’t go after dark in hopes of avoiding the riff raff.”

“Just as a previous reviewer has stated 4 years ago, they continue to produce exceptional results on my military uniforms. I was rather pleased to see the professional tailoring on my Navy Working Uniforms and my Dress Whites as if I had taken them to the Navy Exchange. Don't go expecting a friendly conversation, however, without any instruction, they know exactly what needs to be done. I was apprehensive at first considering there is little to no Navy presence in the state of MI, but, overall I'm very pleased with their service and will continue to return.”

“First time hear and already had a bad experience. Inserted money in the dryer and it would not work . Cool thing about this laundry mat is that they have slips you can fill out to refund you your money for the machine not working . The other two dyers i used were fine with 48 minutes of time to dry , came late at night and there was absolutely nobody , this is a perfect laundry for someone who dont like being around people lol , place looks a little old but hey it does the job right .

“I've been using this cleaners since my family moved to sterling heights nearly 20 years ago. I've since moved away but I still go out of my way to come back to this cleaners. They never disappoint. If I have a stain that I'm concerned about I will point it out in advance. They always try to remove it but can't guarantee it (understandable). I take pants, dresses, men's suits, my king size comforter, blouses, kids clothes for cleaning and laundering and haven't had any issues. Highly recommend.”
