“Brad was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for , greeted me when I walked in and gave me the right time to shop around and choose the microwave and Upright freezer that I was looking for, made good suggestions and gave me good feed helpful feed back about my choices.”
“Roderick was a great help! He talked us through the entire process and we were able to try multiple different mattresses before we made a decision. I would definitely refer friends and family members here and to Roderick!”
“Just had the best experience at Mattress Firm on Van Dyke in Sterling Heights. Chauncy was my sales rep - he took amazing care of me. Hooked me up with an awesome mattress and delivery to keep things as simple and convenient for me as possible. A+ customer service - highly recommend and I will for sure come back to see him when I need another mattress in the future. Thank you for a great experience!”
“Couldn’t be happier with my new mattress and my overall experience here. I tried a different place before I found this spot and it felt way too pushy and like I needed to buy something right then and there but I did more research and discovered a Michigan mattress brand and found this was the closest place near me who sold them. I was able to check out the mattresses and fell in love with one but needed to wait as I was still shopping around for a house. Not only was I not pressured into something more expensive but the owner Jeff even told me whenever I was ready I could call and purchase it and have it held for me as I live an hour away which was extremely helpful. When I was able to pick it up he even helped load it and tie it down with his own rope. 10/10 and 100% worth going out of your way for! Also my new mattress from Capitol was comfortable from night one and becoming more and more comfortable as it is breaking in!”
“My family has been making purchases here for years. I came in here today looking to purchase a matress. Mr. T took his time and helped me for about an hour. Super informative and didn’t push to make a sale. Ended up investing in a new mattress. Very professional ran business”
“Jeremy was very knowledgeable about what I needed in terms of back pain. Understood my budget and recommended based on that. Didn’t try to upsell and was honest about the whole process.”

“Met salesman Ali at the door. He was relaxed, and low key, we explained what we needed, a new mattress, and possibly a new bedroom set. Ours is 41 years old and poor quality. Spent ample time helping us pick a mattress and was very knowledgeable about the choices and the good and bad, depending on sleeping styles, body types. Ended up with a great mattress and a beautiful bedroom set. When we do our kitchen set next I WILL as for him. Great experience Carl and Janine”
“So far so good Bob was very helpful it's hard picking a mattress. But Bob made it very easy. Thank you the delivery went smooth thanks again. I'll let you know how we sleep.”
“Chad provided great no-pressure, no rush customer service to help us decide on best option. Nice facility with several quality selections to demo and choose from.”

“Had an AWESOME experience at Gardner White Furniture. Our family was challenged with quickly setting up an assisted living apartment for our Godfather. Sam at your Warren store was first class in fulfilling ALL of our requirements, with great looking, competitively priced furniture (with cool, surprise features). Highly recommend your Warren location for its massive selection. Thanks a million Sam, and Gardner White!!”
“Sales people were very helpful without pressuring me to buy anything. Erin was very patient and assisted me on two separate occasions before I made my purchase on a third visit. It was nice to not feel pushed to make the purchase before I was ready.”
