I had a appointment for over a week for my car to be seen. On the day of my appointment they inform me that their tech took the next few days off and won’t be in so I can’t have my car seen. I had arranged a ride and everything. Highly recommended going somewhere else as they waste time.

I have been going to Kozaks for a long time. I started going there when my catalytic converted was stolen off my van. Today I had them check my brakes I was gettinga sqeaky noise from the brakes. These guys do a good job. They explain what needs to be done on my car. I have never been disappointed in their workmanship.

I chose to go here because it was a shop my warranty company approved, I’m so glad I did. They fought for me and went out of their way to help me which was above and beyond what they needed to do (although the warranty company was useless).
