“I have been shopping at Three Dog Bakery since 2016, so it is wild to me that I haven't written a review yet for it! There used to be a location in my city too, so I was SO sad when it closed, but I'm so happy that this Three Dog Bakery location on one end of Partridge Creek (closest to the now-closed Nordstrom department store) is still going! Three Dog Bakery has so much to offer and it's all things that I have never found most anywhere else at any other pet store, so if you're looking for the more unique things I would highly recommend coming here for your furry friends - dogs and cats alike! I have gotten so many birthday supplies for my dog from here, toys and harnesses, treats, proper baked goods like a dog birthday cake or smaller unique baked goods for gifting or spoiling my own pup, and so much more! I came here once as well when they did a collaboration with the department store where the department store made us our food and Three Dogs made the dog's food and we dined in the patio tables in the courtyard outside of the bakery! Partridge Creek is also super dog friendly, so it's perfect to be able to bring your dog here for some socialization and stop in to the bakery, along with so many other stores in this outdoor mall, to do your shopping as well! This place is truly wonderful and I hope it stays (and opens more locations!) for a long time!!”
“I started shopping at K-9 four dogs ago, probably over 30 years. Unbeatable prices on a great selection of supplies, food, toys, and treats for dogs, cats, pet birds, and wild birds. Pet food prices are usually better than online discount retailers.Great selection of show and grooming supplies; more variety of dog foods than most big box pet stores. Only a few small animal supplies, and nothing for fish or reptiles.Don't expect anything fancy: they have a no-frills, warehouse style; but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And if they're out of what you need, they'll be happy to tell you when it'll come in, or order it specially for you and call you when it arrives.**Can't find anyone to help? Ring the service bell on the glass counter!Phone service can be sketchy; it can take several tries to get through, as there's only one line. Don't mistake their briefness on phone for rudeness; they need to answer quickly to clear the line for the next call. If they say that something's in stock but don't check, believe them. They really do know.Open Mon thru Sat only, till 6pm (7 on Fri).Update 10/14/23: They haven't changed at all, and that's a *good* thing!”
“PSP is a fun place to shop and some of the locations offer dog grooming.. Some of their managers are really helpful. The stores I've been to have been kept clean and don't have a raunchy smell like some pet stores do. I enjoy shopping at PSP stores.”
“I was forced into a situation that made me move closer to the crowded area off of M-59. I didn't know anyone and I had no idea what stores were in the neighborhood. My greatest 'find' was this pet store. If I had to move again I would still battle M-59 traffic to come back to this store. The staff and management are so polite, kind and helpful. Before curbside and delivery services were available, the manager offered to drop off food for my big guy (Forest cat) because my right foot reconstruction surgery meant no driving. What store manager would ever offer to do that on his/her way home after a long day? A return is never an argument just efficient and fair. Thank you to every one working or managing this pet supply store. You all are appreciated very much.”
“Skip the "Pet Mill Petsmart" and go to pet haven! I was looking for a parakeet for my son's birthday and I was afraid to buy from a big box store as I heard their birds can carry mites and diseases. The owner was so friendly and knowledgeable, he answered every question we had (which was a lot). Pet Haven gets their birds from a local breeder and are treated very well. I'm so glad we found this place!”

“Love this location for products but mostly for their grooming! I have a 3 year old pit bull who’s almost completely blind but a sweetheart! Danielle and Jessica both do a wonderful job with her! She’s always excited when I tell her it’s time to go get pretty! I couldn’t ask for a better grooming squad! That’s what keeps me coming back and the entire staff in the store is always friendly and acknowledges us every time we come in!”

“I used to think my husky was picky about treats, but after switching to treats from Angela's Treat Stash I realized she just doesn't want dry, artificially flavored junk. She gets so excited when I open anything from this company and that makes me a very happy dog mom! The owners are so knowledgeable about the health benefits of their ingredients and their sustainable practices give me a ton of confidence in buying their products again and again!!”

“I love this store. I'm a welder and from the clothes to the tools i can browse the isles for a while. Except there's one problem that bothers me. The two employees i have encountered for a while now. There's a man who dresses like he's pretending to try to look like a girl and there's a girl who looks like she thinks she's Marilyn mansion or the Adam's family maybe? If it were hot topic id say ok i guess.... but tractor supply? neither one knows anything about tools, carhart clothing, farming, or anything the they sell in the store. I'm not trying to be super harsh but i just feel like a store that caters to a conservative rural blue collar demographic should hire people that best fit and serve there customer base. When i ask a question i don't want the employee to just look at the back of the box like i already have i want them to have at least a basic understanding of their products and the people who buy them. When your approach them needing help they oh at you like they are just ready to be offended and don't want TY be bothered TY have to work. Other than those two characters it is a very nice store and i enjoy shopping there.”

“I love this place. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The shelves are always stocked as well and they are quite knowledgeable. They always have time for a short chitchat. And even though they probably don't want to hear a random fact about every single solitary person's pet every single time a customer comes in, they always smile and excited anyways and somehow that really feels good. I go here for all of my pet supplies for my bearded dragon. Very lovely store.”
“Tractor is a huge chain that caters to mostly farmers and their needs. I can buy stuff for my tractor along with tools, dog food, etc. They have a good assortment of hardware in bins and sold by the pound! Yayy! Much cheaper than this packages where you have to buy 10 to get the one you need.”

If you know what you are looking for, there is hardly a better store around, but if you have specific questions or you are a new pet owner, it is hard to find someone to ask.”

Saw a perfectly groomed golden Doodle at Clinton TWP dog park- owner referred me to Lakeside Groomers… Match made in Heaven… no more making my doodle look like a poodle (wink!). River and I Highly recommend!”

“I love the animals that are here but the animals that come from here die easily or always have something wrong with them. Brought my skinny pig here cuz something was wrong with him and they said nothing was wrong with him and 2 more strokes later I had to put him down.”
“I love this place, they have a wide range of fish and they are all very healthy compared to any other pet store in the area. Staff is very knowledgeable and actually seem to care about there job. Petco is closer to my house but every time i go there i always have to run around the store just to find someone to check me out on top of the staff not knowing anything about fish. Half of petcos fish are always in a sick tank and are neglected. Every time im in kees there is usually some kid getting a fish for the first time and the staff always seem happy to explain the proper way to keep the fish. When i started first getting back into fish alot of them died but that was just because of my lack of knowledge and i see some bad reviews of dying fish but i feel they are just in the same spot when i started cause almost all the fish i get from there now dont die and live happy lives.”
“The store is always very welcoming, and since it caters to animals it's also very clean. Each area that of the store is well stocked there was never any empty spaces. The staff are incredibly helpful on where you can find items and no matter how many times you ask them they're always greet you with a smile and take you to where you need to be taken to if you can't find an item. I also think that the prices at PetSmart are very decent prices for what they're asking for. I think PetSmart is a good place for all breeds and animals alike. There staff are very nice to all the dogs or cats that come in, and when we check out they always give my pets a treat which is a great little extra something special that they do. So from one proud dog Mama of two sweet little girls we will definitely be going back to PetSmart very soon.”

“My pup is a year old and we've used the Chesterfield location for that long. The staff is very friendly considering I have a hyper and lovable dog that always wants to say hi. Rebecca in grooming is so good with my dog even when she comes in for just a bath and brush if she's available she will take her. My dog Cocoa adores her and she takes great care of her. I always use Rebecca and she's super sweet and great to work with. On occasion I use a competitor but only for food since Petsmart doesn't carry that brand.”
