“My daughter wanted a fish for her 11th birthday, so we went to Pet Haven to do some shopping.
She ended up with a gorgeous gorgeous fish and could be happier. He is a beautiful betta. Cal, the owner, was happy to show us everything we were looking for and answer as many questions as we could come up with.
This store is a Sterling Heights institution and I highly recommend coming here for fish needs! He has been in that location for 51 years!”
“We took our puppy, Daisy, in for a nail trim because she won't let us touch her paws at home, and Sarah took care of her with absolutely no issues at all. Daisy is completely obsessed with her! She even remembered Sarah from the week before.
We bring Daisy in every Sunday just to walk around and get comfortable being out and about, and last week she was so excited to see Sarah that she actually peed on the floor from excitement! Sarah was incredibly sweet about it, cleaned it up without hesitation, and still showered Daisy with pets and attention.
Sarah is truly amazing. She is patient, kind, and clearly loves what she does. Employees like her make all the difference, and she absolutely deserves a raise—if she hasn't gotten one already! Thank you, Sarah, for making Daisy feel so loved and comfortable every time she visits. 🐾💕”

“The grooming at Petco is very reasonable. I take my husky to get the deshedding bath and I'm very pleased with the service. My dog is always excited to go to Petco. I do feel that many things at Petco are overpriced, but I usually find a couple of good deals while I'm there too.”

“Second visit with my nervous, high energy and whining German Shepherd girl. She’s been so well cared for and i couldn’t ask for a better place to handle my fur baby. It’s been so hard to find a good groomer again. I’ve been to Petco and they can’t handle this type of situation. Awful! We have trained our dog and use meds when necessary and yet a lot of Groomers didn’t do well with my girl. I’m thrilled Bianca and staff are so glad to see her and take care of her nails and glands. I’m sure they’d be awesome with anyone’s dog! Highly recommended!!”
