“I mean, it's Budget, if you are looking for newer trucks go somewhere else, what I like about this particular place is the access, and diesel pump very close with relatively easy access, Debbie has really good costumer service, I don't have any complain, whenever I had issues with a truck the problem was solved, I do recommend this place.”

Anyway the manager here Stephanie was really polite and helpful and made me feel like I was the only person on the planet. She was really enthusiastic about helping me out in every way and answering all my questions. I've had stuff here for 10 years and also rented equipment, and I never had any kind of problem. Great security and lighting, great equipment. Stephanie went out of her way and I really appreciate her GREAT attitude!”

Our truck was unavailable due to the previous renter not returning it, and Jake went above and beyond to make sure we got another truck in a timely manner. “I've only rented the U-Haul Pickup truck option from here. While the truck I rented was literally on E with the "needs fuel" light on, they apologized and gave me a $25 credit if I returned it with more than 1/4 of fuel. They upheld their end and I was credited $25 off my rental. no issues renting or returning. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.I do not have a storage unit here, and I'm unable to comment about their policies or practices and have no experience on this matter.”
