“Brittany provided excellent customer service! She went above and beyond by waiting for me to arrive, which I really appreciated. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Thank you, Brittany, for the outstanding service!”
“Jennifer was so kind and helpful! She made our experience seamless and easy! We were an hour late to pick up the uhaul because we got held up at our new apartment but fortunately they still had the truck ready to go! Thank you Jennifer for being so sweet!”
“Truly great experience!
Franco on the pickup, Grant (I think those were the names) on the return - both were friendly, helpful, and explained everything.
The truck itself was a 2025 model 1-ton diesel, low mileage, clean, and ran flawlessly. I really appreciated it being an LT trim, not work truck, as I had a 4000 mile drive in a week. Highly recommended!”
“This place has been my life saver for the last 6 years. I use them for all my moving needs. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love this place would not trade them for anything less. Thanks for all your support !!!! Thanks Sandy you know you’re my hero!!!”
“Customer service was excellent, just for a Tow Dolly U-Haul requested to much personal information including my pictures additional to driver license and major credit card.”

“It is very secure and clean. I appreciate that as a customer and if you have a problem there is always someone you can talk to to help resolve your issues.. Madison always been patient and extended help if needed. I would not want my things anywhere else.”
“Easy process. Rented online, just had to go in to get our keys. Only wish they would have told us what time they closed so we were better prepared when we arrived back to turn in the truck only to find everyone gone and building locked up!”
“I needed a truck to move some drywall and a door. No where I went had one stop I stopped here. They were so nice! If I ever need a uhaul again I'm coming here! Recommend 100% Thank you guys!”
“Convenient place to rent a u haul! Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my whole moving process. Allowed me to extend my reservation and return after hours. Huge help! 5/5 would recommend!”
“I work for a package delivery company over the last 20 years, Budget has the nicest trucks....highly recommend Budget to my colleagues at work especially around Christmas were our reputation is on the line for speedy service Thank You Budget of Sterling Heights.”
“I had nothing bad to say. The only problem I had is that I was too short to see the lock word on my key box (I was assigned the top box for my key pick up). Thank goodness my son was with me. Otherwise it was the best rental experience ever. I’m a big fan of this process and the truck was perfect for my needs. I got the 10 foot box truck for my son’s move to an apartment. It was easy to load, drive and unload. Probably the cleanest, best maintained rental I’ve ever received.”
“We went here on June 30, 2020 and Michael is excellent! Great customer service, explained evetything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. This is definitely a great place to rent a truck from!”
“Had to add a driver, picked up a vehical at another location ((hall rd)) worker was snippy and rude, and rude- some locations require each driver to notvonly have their ID but a. Credit/debit card-((not even to cover extra driver cost, just to have it on file apparently)). They easily added a driver were friendly and helpful, would use this location again.”
“The best U Haul customer service. Professional, efficient and reasonable prices. Trucks are will serviced and clean. Kudos to the entire staff. Keep up they good work!”

“The trailer worked great for transporting our motorcycle. Easy to lead and tons of tie down locations. The gate pins were worn and we did strap the gate closed to lessen the amount to noise from the loose gate. The uhaul location provided great service during pickup and drop off.”
