About USPS Annex
The USPS Annex is not a regular post office. It is a location for mail and package drop off, or for picking up mail if a hold has been placed. There is no open service window and it does not sell stamps or postage. For large packages, a service bell can be used. The staff are consistently described as very kind, friendly, respectful, and helpful. Many reviews note that people sometimes have unrealistic expectations for this annex, and emphasize that for full services, a different post office should be used. Packages dropped here are reported to get scanned and en route faster than at non-traditional USPS locations. The annex is situated behind a brown building across from a car wash.

So rude ! Just moved to area so I went there to mail a package . She said and I quote “ no we don’t do that Google where to go “. Maybe employ customer service people that understand what that means .

The lady at the front desk on wednesday, september 10th was extremely rude and unhelpful. She could be heard from behind closed doors complaining about coworkers. Very uncomfortable and unhelpful experience!

Does anyone at this USPS know how to answer a phone.? Apparently they dont, after calling 2 days in a roll i had to just walk into this place to get a hold of someone. And while I was there the phone does ring but front desk just ignore it.
