About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. While the service is not always perfect, with some locations facing staffing and operational challenges, many customers still find the USPS to be a reliable and convenient option for their mailing and shipping needs. The staff's attitudes can vary, but a friendly and empathetic approach from customers can often help improve the overall experience.

Whenever Will is there, the lines move smoothly. Whenever he isn't, the line barely moves.
