Just pulled this out of one of their machines... its 2 days til October.

I lost $9.25 in vending machines at Parnall Facility. Called AVI and was told to send card back with a note and self addressed envelope and they would credit and return the card. After 6 weeks and 3 phone calls…nothing! What a scam!! And now I don’t have my card and can’t make purchases when I visit.

Service at amazon fulfillment center has been mediocre at best.
