I will continue coming back. Last visit they tested my battery and alternator on a 16 year old Escape we just got for my daughter. He told me it was ok, but also mentioned that it looked to be misfiring and that could be causing my problems. Was recommended a fuel additive being it had old gas and it is running a little better after adding that and topping off with premium as recommended.”

“I went to O’Reilly auto parts on Evergreen and GRAND RIVER in Detroit store # 3326 on Tuesday 10-14-2025 and asked them if they had a small part for my Ford fusion and the employee named Jessica looked up the name of that part, but she could not find it and she mentioned to me maybe I should try going to Ryan’s auto pick a part. And I had not even thought about that, but I’m glad that Jessica mentioned it and I went there and found the parts that I needed. I went to AutoZone first looking for the same small parts, but they did not even look it up on the computer. Shout out to Jessica at O’Reilly AUTO PARTS store #3326 who took the time to look it up and suggest to me where I could get the parts. Good employee Reference.??????”

“Stopped in to O’Reilly Auto Parts on Schaefer to pick up a fuel filter and a few other pieces for a tune-up on my 2024 Mustang GT500. “I just met this guy named Chris. He is an employee of O’Reillys. I just got it aftermarket grill and it had some lights on it. And I had no idea how I was going to put it together as far as the electrical part.. and Chris came outside with me and looked at what I had and showed me exactly what to do and when I was outside taking the light apart, he took it upon himself to get the electrical stuff that I needed ready for me when I got inside, I bought the stuff and then he came outside with me and showed me how to hook it up..
