“Let's talk about EXCEPTIONAL service and this location. I had a tire blow out on a very dangerous part of 1-75 in Detroit...Had no spare (newer vehicles don't...) Had a terrible time getting a tow to come to that area. It finally came. I called this location and it was a half hour before closing on a Saturday (BUSY day...) I explained my situation and experience with Manager Ryan and asked if he could stay open until the vehicle at least arrived with the tow. Tow arrived at closing. Ryan had his ENTIRE team stay waiting and ready and after a lengthy inspection and safety check REPAIRED the tire and would not take ANY payment (I tipped the tech's)...LEAST I could do. I only go to Belle Tire and always get great service, but this was FAR beyond what you would expect. It was a long day and everyone wanted to go home!....What a GREAT manager and crew.... Thank you again Ryan...You and your team ROCK!!”

“I normally go to a different location for oil changes and such but the air in my tires was low so I went to this location to use the air machine. An employee here told me their machine was broken but he could inflate my tires if I pulled up to a bay door. I did so and he inflated my tires to the correct PSI.
