“I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was handled quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. My vehicle was repaired much faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was excellent — my car looks and drives like new again. A special thank you to Alicia Ford for her outstanding communication and professionalism throughout the repair process. She kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the entire experience stress-free. I also want to recognize Chevonne Jones for providing exceptional customer service and friendliness from start to finish. She made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer, and her positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to find a repair shop that combines high-quality work with such great customer care. “Great experience here. My tints started turning purple after a few years, and thanks to their lifetime warranty they replaced every window for free (excluding the windshield). They did ask for my receipt, thankfully I kept mine and was able to find it after all these years, so definitely hold onto yours. Even if you don’t have it, I’m confident they’d help you look it up in their system. The staff was extremely friendly, explained everything clearly, and handled the whole process with zero hassle. Highly recommend this tint shop if you want quality work and honest service.”

Then I was walk-through the steps by Pam, who kept me informed of all the steps and also communicate communicated with quite thoroughly two days a week until my car was ready. It’s one of those. I hope I never have to see you guys again, but at the same time if it does happen, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for still caring about the customer. Excellent customer service, fantastic communication on the status of my vehicle and had it completed two days earlier than committed. On top of all that, it was so clean when I picked it up I’m pretty sure they detailed my Lincoln Corsair ❤️”
