“Having a great product, means very little if you don't have a great customer service dept to help peoples walk through issues problems concerns. The techs who came to the house were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They were in-and-out in 20 minutes. I also appreciate Orbit's lack of drama, they didn't make me go through a laborious process to get service. They asked for photo documentation of what needed repair or replacement, I sent it via email, OM gave me approximate time frame in which they would contacting me to schedule an appointment time to come out to the house. The came at appointed time, took all of twenty minutes, I then went on with the rest of my day. Thank You Orbit Medical, Sincerely, Earl Albert Griffith Jr.”

“Our experience with Sun Medical was Great. The nursing home that our father went to submitted a request for a Sun Medical Bed & Wheelchair without submitting the request to Medicare, thus we were being charged monthly fees on our credit card. The Sun Medical Sales/Service rep Robert Leask was spectacularly helpful. Rob created the submission to Medicare on our behalf. We Later moved our father to a 2nd nursing home that already had an electric bed. Rob Leask was again very helpful by coordinating a pickup of the original bed during the Medicare approval process. Throughout our 2 month interaction, Rob's communication & updates were excellent. He provided same-day replies to my Emails & ALWAYS answers his phone.Rob Leask is the BEST sales/service rep that I have dealt with from any company, Sun Medical is lucky to have him.”

“I was in desperate need of a 4 wheeled walker. no Binsons locations had any in stock. Called at least 10 other Durable Medical Supply company’s and none had in stock. Med Suppy had them, gave my insurance info with my Doctors. Order. Then we hit a snag. Med supply requested 2 times to get chart notes needed info, I called doctor again. Finally got word from Lana at med supply they got all information they needed and I could pick up or have delivered.I really wrote this review to praise Lana, who kept me in the loop and kept re requesting required chart notes. Management she is a gem, take good care of her. Pleasant as could be!”

“I feel compelled to write a follow up here. After contacting the supervisor it was determined that the order I was told was shipped out the 14th was in fact NEVER received by the warehouse so most certainly not ever shipped from Texas as I was told. Chantal apologized and committed to following up with the staff to address how it was initially handled, the fact that I was not given the correct information and that I had to follow up a third time as they never got back to me after the second call I made. Additionally, she pulled some stock from the office and personally took the items to the local post office and I received them the very next day. I will see how the next order goes before a final decision on if they keep my business but this was very encouraging.”

“I've been dealing with these guys for 20+ Years! Never have let me down. I see a ton of bad reviews, I understand the frustration, but I think its mostly insurance or impatience. Mobility for ANYONE IN A CHAIR IS PRIORITY, 5 MINUTES IS TOO LONG WITH OUT IT. Then, you add in transportation to pickup/deliver, coordination w/caregivers, its a DISASTER!!So, no matter how much anyone does, it will never be enough. The staff may not "Seem" compassionate, but they are. If they worked 247 it wouldn't be enough! I know a guy who worked for a seating facility, he was compassionate, worked many ours, bent over backwards, and did more than he should have! These people are only human, and its a business..Unfortunately, the guy I knew got so involved, it ruined his health and passed in 2020, stress of trying to care for everyone can be a burden, try to be patient. (*I'm sure one day I'll have an issue, but right now, I will not switch)”
