That's because your pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) is now pocketing the manufacturer's rebates, even on generic drugs. Costco acts as its own PBM, effectively cutting out the middle man. You may find that Costco's member price for your RX without using your insurance is actually less than what you were previously paying at C** with your insurance, even before the recent price increases. The staff at this location is helpful and friendly, and usually will try to have your RX ready while you shop. In my experience, this Costco pharmacy location is one of the best!”

“Contrary to what all these Karen’s are saying on here, this is a fine Walgreens. I never have to wait too long in line, or to get my prescriptions. Only thing I’d say needs improvement is keeping items stocked regularly and variety of items.”

“Great gas prices, as all Sam's when compared with the regular local stations. Expect to wait in line for a while. The biggest drawback to this location is a free-for-all, uncontrolled access path to the pumps.”
