Im nearing the end of my stay at Stephenson House and I want to say, Im thankful for LR management who took over the property this past year. All of the management has been receptive to my concerns and they act on it. They do listen, even though theyre swamped with other things. It has been pleasant living here.

TED the maintenance man, that's a good dude. Whenever I need something, he takes care of it for me. Two weeks ago, he installed a new bathroom sink. Did an excellent job. Keep up the good work
