I’m a now former tenant. It takes multiple calls, emails to get any issue resolved. Communication is awful. There was a preliminary walkthrough of my apartment before I moved out without my knowledge. I had the right to be present for the walkthrough. I moved out 11/27/23, I still have not received my security deposit or any explanation as to why I have not received it, despite numerous emails and phone calls. The office is rarely manned, which is very frustrating. There is no other office to call and get answers. Keep this in mind if you decide to live here.

I love the place manager and matinance men are great. That's all you have to do is call,and anything that's wrong is fixed right away. Everyone is so nice.good area. I also want to say that Cindy is amazing that she is easy to get along with she's very considerate she's very polite she is the best we've ever had I want to give her five stars she is amazing like I said

I have been resident for 13 years and many mangers have come and gone. The manager we have now (La Tasha) is the best manager we have ever had. She is so compassionate and helpful!

Everything is great until you need maintenance done in your apartment. Not only will they not communicate that they came and couldn't fix the problem when they were there, but they will call a contractor out and then keep telling you different dates that they will be there so you can do something with your pet while they're there, just for them to not show up and no one will answer your emails or voicemails.

How do I get in contact with corporate for this company ? They’ve emailed me multiple times about move in specials , new renovations etc . Although every time I contact their leasing office their consultant is clueless on what’s going on she literally tells me that she does not have dates on anything . So why are there multiple emails being sent to people on move in specials when there is nothing to move in ?

I would NEVER recommend anyone move here. Management Response is almost not existent at all levels. They respond when they feel like it nothing is immediate. Nothing is for the good of the resident. After 17 years unortunately I have nothing good to say about this property or the management and maintenance and upkeep, The management company Beacon management horrible horrible customer service. None of them care about anybody that lives in any of their properties. Just pay your rent that's it don't ask for anything don't ask for repairs don't call the office don't look for a manager to be present, don't look for a manager or regional manager nor any higher level manager not even from the Beacon management office in Farmington Hills office. Don't look for anybody to call you back don't look to call them and get any response nor action. The set up here is to pay the rent and ask for nothing.

Lived here from 2016 to 2020. Wasn't bad at all! The pool was cool during the summer and you can bbq with the bbq pits. Lakeisha (if she is still working there) was great! They would hold onto my packages (i would get one almost everyday). Parking wasnt an issue for me. Maintenance would get there fast when there was a problem. Rent did go up every year but that is kind of expected, happens everywhere.Only negative was someone stole my underwear while doing laundry. And stole a bike from the bike rack. (It was chained too, someone cut it) Not the apartments fault, however they should put cameras down in basement and around the facility. There was no point to call police because I had no proof and bike wouldnt of been found. (I just bought it only used once didnt really know what it looked like honestly)and then I wouldnt want my underwear back.And the air conditoning sucks! They either need to upgrade to central air or put two/three window units inside each unit. Even one window unit for a one bedroom, It wasnt enough. Back bedroom was always hot even with leaving air on constantly everyday every hour. (Electric bill was insane) I would have to sleep in living room during the summer and even that didnt help so much. That little apartment never stayed cool during summer.

Handicap parking, people who are not handicap parking in the spots. So if a person goes out you fear there will be no where to park when you get back.It makes very hard for people who can not walk are get around good. I wish something could be done to help maybe signs would help.

Placed a holding fee on 7/9 and got approved to move in 8/13. Got a call last week saying tenants decided to renew lease and I would get another room with same layout. Have yet to get the new welcome letter and office never answer phone calls or return voicemail. Not sure why an number is posted when they never respond to calls, emails, or just don't communicate in general...
