This is the best USPS location I have ever been to. I use it regularly and the staff are so friendly and efficient. Going there brightens my day. I think all the 1 star reviews are due to impatience and condescension--painful to read them.

The lady at the counter was rude! the first time I meet her in that post office. Instead Of assisting me of what to do because it was my first time to return online order, she was acting like she was my superior that I need to vow down before her.
She should not work in that kind of job if she didn't know customer service.
