Jade helped me out in retrieving my mail that I sent out 30min ago and Kim helped with the refund. I forgot to fill part of my form out inside the mail I sent and I was able to. Both jade and Kim were kind, efficient and helpful. Would definitely come back!.

The people here are rude and incompetent. They refuse to deliver my mail I do everything they ask and they still blame me and tell me to do something I already did. Then they tell you for mail issues to go somewhere else just to be sent back to the same location and either give me a phone number that’s rings to a full voicemail or they say they will hold you mail since they refuse to deliver it for them to not hold my mail and deliver finally just for the same cycle to start two months later.

Stuff are really unprofessional and I had a appointment for my kids passport and I want to before appointment but she is really racist. I don’t know how she do public service in post service.
