“Quite frankly… I could write an essay about my experience but I’ll keep it short and sweet!I’ve been shopping at this location for a few years now on and off. My experience at surrounding vape shops and the like hasn’t even come close. Why?- Staff treat customers as “long lived friends” and transcend being simply transactional.- Prices across the board are less than the local surrounding competition.- RJ, Ron & Kayla are all incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the majority of what’s sold at their location and know most of the product lines incredibly well.- Location incredibly well stocked and up-kept.All of these points are genuine and come from a random customer that just happened to stumble upon this location / chain in general after just coming back from the West Coast for over a decade. It’s often very difficult to find a vape shop that you can dependably, frequent and not run into things chronically being out of stock due to an ever-changing industry. This Wild Bills delivers on all fronts. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that the majority of what has brought me back can easily be attributed to the three staff members. I mentioned above in this review. I have visited a few other locations since being in Michigan. Why all the inventory is the same for the most part, you can’t replace an organically functional human customer service experience.Thank you ? for being awesome!!Addendum:It’s typical that these overly glowing reviews are simply derived from the business themselves, but I am happy to demonstrate the authenticity of this one however one finds sufficient, if necessary!”
