You can usually find the store manager Darryl floating around making sure everyone is good or seeing if help is needed.
The workshop upstairs is a added dope perk, the tool rental is helpful!

“I cannot recommend First Lady enough! I was searching for a cathedral veil for my wedding and was shocked by the prices at other bridal stores. I found my beautiful cathedral length veil here for only $270, which was less than half the price of what David’s Bridal was charging and about a quarter of what some high end bridal boutiques wanted for a similar veil. One of the best parts was that no appointment was needed. I could simply walk in, browse, and get help without the pressure or pretentious atmosphere you often find at boutique bridal shops. The quality is absolutely gorgeous, and it looks far more expensive than it was. I also had a blusher added for only $100, and they completed it in just two days. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire experience was easy, affordable, and stress free. I highly recommend First Lady to any bride looking for beautiful quality at an incredible price!”

“I had such a great experience! Mary-Liz and Olivia were so welcoming and friendly. I can’t say how much of an impact this has on the experience. It was my first time so, I was a little nervous going in, but I never once felt uncomfortable or out of place.
The workout itself was amazing, definitely challenging, but in the best way! I felt like I was really pushing myself without feeling overwhelmed. The best part is how wonderful I felt afterward. I left feeling energized and looking forward to coming back!”
