“I am a teacher. I called the Tender Store in Birmingham, MI and inquired into closing for the evening. A sales staff member, Lou Flores, assured me he would stay past closing, for me to arrive.
When I arrived, he was so kind, bringing me items and styling me. I felt valued and appreciated. I left with a beautiful dress and a pair of boots.
I have continually shopped at Tender over the years during their wonderful seasonal sales events.
