“I first shopped at FO when they were on Merrill and I bought two decorative down pillows that stood the test of time until a new rescue puppy found the corners. ;-o Since first meeting Zach, I became a loyal customer, sometimes just a shopper, but he always welcomes my dogs into the store, since we often walk from home. I've always had wonderful interactions with all of his employees - I could name them all here, but I'll give them their privacy. Zach works incredible hard, really knows the apparel market, and has done a fantastic job bringing in home accents. He's got a buyer's eye, a keen business sense, and he's committed to the community. At a time when corporate retailers are flooding B'ham, best to stick with the true boutiques. Afterall, isn't being unique part of being an individual?”

When I arrived, he was so kind, bringing me items and styling me. I felt valued and appreciated. I left with a beautiful dress and a pair of boots.
I have continually shopped at Tender over the years during their wonderful seasonal sales events.
I return because of the magnificent clothing, unique and crafted with details of styling rarely found in the Detroit area although, it is the kindness I receive that makes my purchases feel like blessings and gifts. I always leave feeling pretty, even if I do not make a purchase.
