Ive been banking with this bank for almost 10 years now. Ive never had a bad experience with them. The people who work at this Manistee location have always been very professional and friendly to me. Their customer service is a 10/10!

The ATM is never working or if it is it's not accepting cash. I work the same hours as the bank so I can't come in to deposit money, plus that's a major inconvenience to my day so I shouldn't have to. The past 3 or 4 times I have gone to use the ATM I have been unable to. It is very frustrating.

I'm just trying to figure out why the the two girls working have such a stank attitude what is up with their attitude they get mad just by you walking in the bank!!
