Location has 2 floors but no elevator. Rooms are nice and clean, decent size. Front desk can be short and curt, as well as in sympathetic. Breakfast was slim but at least had some simple options. The location is perfect close to both beaches and within walking distance of downtown as well as many restaurants.

Was ish ok but woke up to big black ants and giant flying ants at war all over the windowsill, floor and half of the bed!
