As for the "guy with the beard" not knowing if he wants to sell or not, if you're demanding 85% off an item, then it's a fact. “Awesome place, love all the church’s stained glass windows and overall layout. Downstairs floor is closed while they do some construction until late spring, but just briefly looking through all the main floor rooms I definitely gotta head back to take more time.”
