“Amazing experience at this location today! We called to confirm that they had a specific model of a product in stock. We were told that they did and they would put our name on it. We showed up and our name had been put on the incorrect model, and the one we asked about had been sold. We drove over an hour to get there, so we were disappointed that this mixup happened.
Loreen, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we left happy, with a similar product. The whole team was very accommodating and understanding in our disappointment. We appreciate the drive thru team’s multiple efforts in getting the product into our (not so large) car. They didn’t give up, and we finally came up with a solution that worked.
What could have been a 1 star experience and a loss of business, turned into an easy 5 star experience. We look forward to being return customers!”

“I went to the Jenison store on 2/24/24.The 2 gentleman and lady working were VERY helpful! Check engine light came on in my son's car. They checked the light, and it was the canister purge valve.Checked ytube, and it was a part that looked like I could replace myself. Went back to them, and they had the part. I was able to replaced it. Then I took the terminals off the battery to reset the check engine light, and the hot wire broke off in my hand it was so corroded.I was trying to unscrew the negative cable, and the nut broke off as I was turning it fromthe corrosion. I went back to O'Reilly, and they actually had the exact lead I needed. They were also able to match up the exact bolt and screw that broke off.I was able to replace the cables. Kudos to all three!!”

“**Update - 12/17/23 - Broke another axle, different one than last time and if I could give 10 stars I would. Google wouldn't let me create a new review. I called, showed up an hr later and Scott had me diagnosed in 1 min, pulled a truck out of a bay and had me in within 5 mins. Tech had the old axle out, cleaned the tube and new axle with seal back in. I think this took 10 mins and I was back in service in less time than you get an oil change. This type of customer service puts every business to shame.**original ReviewIt gets no better than this place. I broke an axle in a semi, called and talked to Scott the owner and he had me in like Nascar. Axles out, inspected, housing cleaned out and fluid drained/filled and back on the road in 30 mins. This kind of service is unheard of now a days and they gave me years of experienced knowledge by answering every dumb question I had. The tech who did the work was outstanding and diligent. The pricing is beyond fair.”

“I was doing routine gasket and clamps changes on my egr valve when I accidently dropped my egr flex pipe and it shattered. Better here then pulling into the rough scale house for a level 1. Needless to say its noon on a Friday. 1 phone call and a small fraction of the price from anywhere else and they have me exactly what I need on overnight to get me back running. Absolutely hands down amazing straight to the point customer service. Very knowledgeable and ask you just the right questions to make it quick and affordable. Highly recommend and will be doing as much business as I can in the future. Highly recommend for owner operators!!!

“Jeff was great today! My windshield wiper blade came off the arm, along with the clip. I couldn't get it back on because it was slightly bent. Even though I hadn't purchased the blade from AutoZone, Jeff straightened it out for me, reattached the clip, and the blade at no charge. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, all while helping others who came into the store. Thank you SO much, Jeff!”
“I’m a college student living in Allendale and was having car trouble far from home. Kenny went out of his way to help me figure out what was wrong with my car, taking the time to code read it and explain everything clearly. He showed me which parts I needed, helped me get a great deal on spark plugs, and even installed one for me himself.
He was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable the whole time, and really made me feel taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping others like that. O’Reilly’s is lucky to have Kenny — he turned a stressful situation into a really positive experience!”
“Was traveling and 2+ hours from home. Broke down and not only did an employee from this auto part store drive my husband more than 7 miles to the uhaul place where we rented a uhaul and tow dolly (brakes were not fixable), they let this old lady use the bathroom a couple times while waiting with the car and outr belongings. Super friendly people and went out of their way to make sure we weren't stranded or paying a ton of money for an Uber. They really take care of people in need of help. Too bad we don't live closer or we would be going to this place for all our auto part needs. We made it home safely to Romulus, MI, thank you so much for everything!”
