“I purchased a Bissell Crosswave from QVC and I love it. for years I have struggled with the mop and bucket. I am 74 years old and have to use a wheelchair to do my cleaning, I have back issues. It takes me less than half the time it used to to get all my floors done. I see now you have a crosswave with steam. If I could afford it I would get that one also. Only thing I don't like, the cord gets in the way and wraps around my wheelchair. Highly recommend the crosswave to everyone, we all have floors and this does tile, wood, carpet areas. Thank you”
