“About a year ago my GMC Acadia was hit in a parking lot. I chose to take it to Betten Baker in Grandville and from start to finish, it was a great experience. Amanda was great to work with and kept me updated by email on the progress until it was finished and ready to be picked up. Jump ahead to this year....my daughter had an accident with the same vehicle. Because of my great experience with Betten last year, I looked up my emails with Amanda and reached out to see if they could fix it again. Again, Amanda and the team did such a great job from the estimate all the way to the finish line. The car looks brand new once again and we are hoping it stays that way for a while! Thanks again to Amanda and the rest of the team for two great experiences. Let's hope there's not a third but if there is, I will definitely be returning to Betten Baker. Thanks, Randy”
