“Travis Truck & Auto Collision Inc. were recommended by my car dealership. Wes was very helpful and thoroughly answered our questions. They were able to get the car in within a week from when we made the decision to go with them and it was done in the timeframe that they said it would be. Everything looks brand new.
I had another quote from a local shop that I have used in the past and there was a $2,600 difference. ? They were quoting double the labor and stated that all of the sensors needed to be re-programmed at $800+. In checking with the car dealership, they said they wouldn't need to be reprogrammed and even if they did, it would only cost around $200 to have them do it.
All that said, that reassured me that these guys were honest and not trying to gouge us. The other company has permanently lost my business to Travis Truck and Auto Collision.”

My claims adjuster was very happy that I chose Riverbend, and Riverbend was also very pleased with my insurance company Cincinnati Insurance. No issues with the claim whatsoever, and Riverbend did a fantastic job repairing my truck. It was a front end strike so the bumper, headlight assemblies and some sensors all needed to be replaced. It looks and drives like new again.”
