“I recently bought a 2018 Subaru Outback with a higher mileage, and it has been my baby for almost 6 months now. I am such a huge perfectionist when it comes to my vehicle, so when I noticed a sandy yellowing on my headlights, I had to get them fixed. I’ve always wanted to try Crystal Clean’s services and this was the perfect opportunity. The office staff was so nice and when they quoted me for them, they gave me a discount because they weren’t actually as bad as their “normal cliental” with yellowed/oxidized lights. “I can’t say enough good things about Morales. A neighbor backed into my truck just 3 weeks before we leave for the winter. I got estimates the next day from recommended body shops but they were scheduling weeks out. So I decide to try other shops. Morales is a neighborhood shop and highly reviewed so I went there first. Jose Morales gave me an estimate and said he could get it done fast. He worked with the neighbor’s insurance to expedite the claim and GOT IT DONE. Yes, it was the day before we left, but the body work is flawless and only a minor glitch in the trailer hook up plug that he repaired in 10’. Jose also told me that if any problems should arise in our winter travel that I should save the receipts so he could get them paid when we get back. He also made a follow call to me after I picked up the truck to make sure all was ok. Nice!”

“OK I AM ONE OF THE MOST PAIN IN THE ARSE ? CUSTOMERS.... I been going to them roughly about 2 years. My van has been on a break down spree a year ago, they have replaced 1 catalytic converter and 2 sensors, then 12-26-23 they are going to replace my other catalytic converter and the other 2 sensors. I won't go to any other place. They bring Mr home si ce I am just around the corner from their shop, they are reasonable. They are family in a round about way. It is the small stuff that gets over looked, and that is what matters most.MY VAN ORIGINALLY NEEDED A VALVE COVER GASKET AND THE POWER STEERING PUMP FIXED. I WASNT ABLE TO AFFORD IT AT THE TIME OF SERVICE QUOTED LAST YEAR. FAST FORWARD TO FEBRUARY 9TH THIS YEAR, I BROUGHT MY VAN IN.... MY VAN STARTED SMOKING AND A LIGHT CAME ON IN THE DASH. THANKFULLY I WAS NEXT DOOR TO PRO AM. THEY LOOKED AT MY VAN THEY GAVE THEIR ESTIMATE, OPINION AND OTHER SUGGESTIONS. I DROVE OFF WITH FEBRUARY 23RD FOR AN APPOINTMENT, WELL MY VAN DIDNT MAKE IT TOO FAR.... AFTER GETTING IT TOWED TO PRO AM MECHANICAL SIDE, IT TURNED OUT THE VALVE COVER SPRUNG MORE OF A NASTY LEAK AND FRIED THE ALTERNATOR AND CERPATINE BELT. IT ALSO TURNED OUT IT NEEDED A BATTERY WHILE IT WAS ON A BREAK DOWN SPREE THE TENSIONER WAS BROKEN WHILE IN THE PROCESS OF IT GETTING FIXED. I HOPE I DIDNT MISS ANYTHING. WHEN MY VAN BREAKS DOWN THOUGH, IT BREAKS ALL AT ONCE AT LEAST ? (this was a year ago).THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET MY VAN BACK AS FAST AS THEY COULD. IF THEY BREAK SOMETHING, THEY FIX IT AND DONT CHARGE YOU FOR WHAT THEY BREAK. THIS PLACE HAS SEEN ME A HOT MESS FROM ALL ANGLES. THEY SEE THEIR CUSTOMERS AS A FORM OF FAMILY. AFTER ALL THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. I WILL CONTINUE TO BRING MY VEHICLES HERE. THEY ARE REASONABLE AND VERT RESPECTFUL. SO IF Y'ALL NEED A LAID BACK, RESPECTFUL, HONEST, LOYAL TO CUSTOMERS, THOROUGH PLACE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE FIXED, COME TO PRO AM. STACY AND THE TEAM ARE AWESOME! THEN THERE IS THAT 1 GUY THAT HAS CURLY HAIR AND ICY GREYISH BLUE EYES, HE WAS THE MAIN GUY THAT FOXES MY VAN! THEY WONT LET THEIR CUSTOMERS GET STRANDED FROM ANY ANGLE FOR ANY REASON. OK I AM GONNA SHUT UP NOW OTHER WISE I AM GONNA KEEP FLAPPING MY FINGERS ON THIS KEYBOARD ?**UP DATE AFTER MY CAR WRECK (GOT TO LOVE TJEM DRIVERS ON THEIR PHONES ?), THEY FIXED MY VAN AND IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!”

“Excellent experience with company. Im battle creek and had recently got into a car accident in Grand rapids. My car first towed to pep boys on alpine Ave that stated they could not safely look at the vechile. I had difficulties gaining insurance information and pep boys tried to claim my vechile as abandoned. I forgot her name but the secretary knew of the trouble I had gaining the other persons insurance and was kind enough to let me tow my vehicle there. My van was declared totaled and I set up arrangements to have my vechile scrapped. The owner Gavin was kind enough to waive off the storage fees, even on his own birthday. I recommend this shop to anyone. To thank Gavin (I hope I spelled that correctly) I got him a piece of cheesecake for his birthday from Bestside bar and grill and wished him happy birthday. The entire staff was extreamly kind with a smile on their face and put the customer back into customer service. I also highly recommend Bestside bar and grill, best food I've ever had that is literally two doors down in the same suite.”
