“I brought my truck to them they took it on a test drive .Came back told me what was wrong ask me to bring it back in hour. I did so they had it fix in 1/2 and I was back on the road .. I have never ran across a more honest group of mechanic in my 53 years .. I will tell anyone and everyone about the most excellent service and quilty work these guys did.. “**Update - 12/17/23 - Broke another axle, different one than last time and if I could give 10 stars I would. Google wouldn't let me create a new review. I called, showed up an hr later and Scott had me diagnosed in 1 min, pulled a truck out of a bay and had me in within 5 mins. Tech had the old axle out, cleaned the tube and new axle with seal back in. I think this took 10 mins and I was back in service in less time than you get an oil change. This type of customer service puts every business to shame.**original ReviewIt gets no better than this place. I broke an axle in a semi, called and talked to Scott the owner and he had me in like Nascar. Axles out, inspected, housing cleaned out and fluid drained/filled and back on the road in 30 mins. This kind of service is unheard of now a days and they gave me years of experienced knowledge by answering every dumb question I had. The tech who did the work was outstanding and diligent. The pricing is beyond fair.”
“Phil has rebuilt my transmission on two vehicles now. My Nissan Titan and my Ford Transit cargo van. This shop does amazing work and keep excellent communication with their customers. I picked up both my vehicles with smoother transmissions than they where when i bought them new. I have referred several friends to Phil and they have all thanked me for directing them to his shop. They all experienced 5 star service from this excellent business!”
“I had a wonderful experience with them today. I bought a used van from Detroit. It started acting up a week later. MasterShift checked it over, topped off the transmission fluid, tweaked a few things and gave me the good word that there is no solid evidence of needing a new tranny. These guys were polite, honest, and super professional. I'll be bringing all my transmission work here from now on and recommend them any chance I get.

“Brought my Jeep in with no appointment to get a noise checked out. Never been here before & Dave was so friendly and helpful. He knew right away what the noise was, checked it out to be sure and looked up the parts and labor for me. He quoted me at worst a fairly large price for how he could fix it, but told me another possible option would be check out his friend at MufflerMan down the road. They were able to do a much simpler fix for me. Dave not only saved me from possibly having a $1500 fix to instead a $300 fix, but was honest with me the whole time and didn’t take advantage of my scenario that I don’t have much knowledge in. Definitely would recommend M&T for their honesty and integrity!”

“I had excellent service at Tom's Service center as I was in the process of buying a used car. They provided thorough assessments of a few vehicles I was interested in to stop me from buying cars that would cost more than they were worth in the long run. When I finally found a car they advised me on a few things that might need repaired down the road and assured me that there was nothing major that my untrained eyes were missing and ultimately assisted in me getting the best quality car within my budget. “Excellent work and finished earlier than stated estimate. Price was fair and clearly communicated.
Shop is small, family owned and operated and "lived in". It's dirty and cluttered with zero customer space or seating and almost no customer parking. What parking there is is alongside the building in dirt.”
