“Well for one I lived there years ago when it was Tourville, and never could hear the ice cream/milk trucks. Their awesome apartments, I couldn't complain at all. Either deal with what little noise that's made there, or move.”
“They need to cut down ALL their snow banks to ensure no fender benders. You have to crawl out into the main road trying to ensure no one is coming. The apt are nice but for the 3 bdrm town house the living room is small! & if you have a small dinning room table its ok but otherwise its sm also. Kitchen is standard size as well as bedrooms. Maintenance is excellent! 5 stars! They keep the parking lots plowed! Playgrounds, event room avail for parties. & some apt are single floor & some 2 floors. They also offer some apt for income based as well as mishda. & several regular rentals”
“The manager (at least when I lived there in 2019), Joe, was actually a great person despite these negative reviews. My car was having trouble starting in the midst of winter with sub zero temperatures and he went out of his way to physically help me and lend me extension cords, tools, etc. Some people are just so grumpy. Anyway, this place might be older but if you love the outdoors it's right next to Lake Superior, trails, the balconies are wonderful, and there is a hockey rink across the street in the winter. I would walk to NMU every day as a student and cheerleader who didn't have a car so it is very close.”

“From the moment I applied for APS rentals, their staff has been extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating. We’ve hit a few bumps in the road financially, and they’re willing to work with you on that. Aside from these, the apartments are really well kept. The appliances were all newly updated when we moved in, so it makes cooking more enjoyable. The entire move-in process was efficient and easy. Highly recommend renting from APS :)”
