“Had the best experience at Hoovers today. I stopped in on my lunch break just to inquire about a very annoying little issue that the Toyota dealership couldn’t (or wouldn’t) handle (go figure) and after about 20 minutes, they came out & told me it was fixed! And wouldn’t take my money because it was “just a little work”. I honestly have never had that happen to me but I’m truly grateful it did. These folks are super nice, accommodating & I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for this kind of stuff! I’ve been stressed about that for months! Wish I’d have come by sooner.
