“Alisha was so helpful to me the other day when my battery light went off on my way down to Detroit for my spring break. She was able to tell me my belt fell off and called everyone she knew until she was able to get my car somewhere to be fixed that day. Her hard work made me be able to get home safely!! “Buying a new car can be, and often is, a stressful experience. So when I found myself needing a new vehicle asap, I dreaded the idea of dealing with pushy car salesmen. Luckily this was not the experience I had with Steven. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, yet still very laid back and straightforward. No tricks or gimmicks. We stopped in last minute on a Saturday afternoon to take a quick test drive and Steven couldn’t have been more friendly and patient with us (especially with a toddler in tow!). He ran some numbers with us the same day and I walked out with my brand new 2026 Equinox by Tuesday morning. The whole process was so seamless I almost wondered if it really happened 😂 I am so relieved to have this off my to-do list!
