“I called about a company forklift being stuck. I was told they were about 45 minutes out and they got here in 35. The driver was very kind and patient with me, as I was on the phone with a customer when he arrived. Took him about 5-10 minutes in total from arrival to get the lift unstuck. We will be using Mr. Wrecker in the future exclusively for any further issues and I had such a good experience I will be using them if I have any personal accidents as well. Definitely recommend.”

“While driving from MN to MI, the "check engine" light came on in our RV. While it was close to closing time (4pm) Cliff told us to come on by and held an Engineer over to check out out our problem with the system diagnostic laptop. We arrive 20 minutes after their scheduled close time, but the guys took the time to look at our issue and give us the information we needed about what we needed to do next! Great folks here!
