The process was easy and managed competely by email and phone calls. Coming in for closing was like visiting with friends, where we easily set up new accounts for savings and checking. It was definitely a full-service experience!I wish the ATM network was more robust in the Upper Peninsula. They've added video teller machines that are readily accessible on evenings and weekends.
