“We ordered a fairly expensive arrangement for my grandmother's 81st birthday. I will say the flowers that showed up were nice looking. however that's where this story starts. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday we ordered Wednesday morning. Wed afternoon comes and we get a call from the delivery driver that she delivering our flowers that day. We try to correct her and say no they are for Friday. response we received well I'm just the delivery driver and I'm delivering them. We called the store immediately to try and stop it. she delivered anyhow. and it's not even the correct flower order. so we called store again. no one in charge speak with. an employee took all my info and whole story down said someone would call next day. Thursday no phone call. Friday I make the drive to the store. extremely irritated at this point. I'm welcomed by Bobby with the upmost respect. Claiming he never received the info but with the willingness to make it right with anything that was in his ability. we came to agreed refund amount and he is the reason we will continue to be customers. so as a summary they completely botched order, delivery driver definitely disappointed us, worker who took all my info never turned it into manager, but Bobby came in as an all-star to redeem the whole business.”
