“Very friendly staff and a clean room. The pool area was nice. There are lots of restaurants and stores close by and it was easy to get to. It was a nice stay, we would definitely come again.”
“We stayed for two nights for a combo of a business conference and snowmobile riding. The room was clean, visually appealing and spacious. It was great to have shelves and hooks to set the snowmobile gear. The trail is easily accessible from the motel parking lot. The pool, hot tub and sauna were awesome! Staff was friendly. Cons: our electronic room keys had to be reset several times, despite keeping them away from our phones. We were on the 4th floor and one of the elevators was not working. Had to go to the front desk at least 4 times for the key issue. Also, they offer a continental style breakfast, but it was expensive. All around, this a nice motel and I would like to stay there again.”

“We had a fun time winter camping at Northern Oasis! We came up from Indiana for the UP200 Dogsled races in Marquette. My wife Sherry & I appreciate the great hospitality and thanks for the snow removal and beautiful fire pit and campsite! We can't wait to comeback this spring and explore the Dead River Basin. Campsite is close to so many activities and we had all the amenities.”

“Room was clean, the check-in customer service girl was awesome, sorry I don’t remember her name. We got caught in the rain on the motorcycles & got in around 3am.
The bedding & pillows are so comfortable (I wanted to buy it) ? I should have asked. Only thing I was bummed about, no elevator to the second floor (we were staying 3 nights) the breakfast was good, not a big selection but was keep full. And she was very kind.”
“Location and especially customer service was 5 stars, -1 star specifically for the AI corporate uses in their phone calls. It was very unnerving and unnatural speaking with them. When we talked to the actual staff members, we got a last minute reservation waiting for a loved one who was in the hospital across the way and they were very courteous. When I missed a small item in the room and finally got to the number with a human staff member, they were very friendly and helpful.”

“Not gonna lie this hotel was pretty decent i enjoyed my stay the room was nice and big. the service was excellent i have to say. But one thing there was a big stain of something on the bed but i wasn’t worried it looked like that stain has been there for a while but other than that this place was great!”
