“I’ve had a storage unit with alder for 5-6 years they have been absolutely wonderful to work with, my unit was nice and clean when I got it and they keep it accessible in the winter months! I’ve never had anything damaged while in storage! They have always been available if I had any issues. They were patient and understanding with me when my wallet was stolen and I had to change my form of payment and again when my card was compromised.
