“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and service of this establishment! I had to purchase another vehicle due to a deer accident, and within less than a week, I walked out with an awesome certified pre-owned Crosstrek. Jason Borneman and Heather Swope went above and beyond, and were instrumental in making the selection process and sale go smoothly. Blaine Salmonson also gave sage advice and feedback about what modifications I could consider to better my driving experience, as I frequently drive on unlit backroads. Hat's off to this great team - their time and attention are much appreciated!”
“Mr. Tire is my go-to for tire support in Marquette. They have worked on multiple vehicles for my family over the years. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable.”
“I'm a repeat customer of Quality Car Care and each time I have been very happy with their service. I have been to other auto repair shops and always been disappointed. They are straight forward with what is wrong with your vehicle. A happy customer: Tony Hamalainen”
“Got a flat on our roadtrip and they were able to get us in within an hour of calling! Quick and affordable repair. We also loved the shop dog, Sherlock! Would highly recommend them.”
“My wife, two dogs and I were traveling from Ontonagon County to Muskegon County pulling a loaded 18' trailer. As we entered the city of Marquette, my low tire warning came on. I saw Discount tire up ahead and pulled in to fill my tire, hoping it was just low due to the cold. That was not the case; whereas as tire technician checked two other tires, my problem tire pressure dropped from 35 psi to 33 psi. Discount was fully booked with appointments and was scheduling four days out; but stated they would some how get it done by the close of the day. My wife and I watch all employees working their butts off. Each time it appeared they were ahead and could maybe squeeze us in, two vehicles that had a scheduled appointment would pull in. As it became apparent, squeezing my repair in between those who had scheduled repairs was not going to happen. So without a stall being available, my truck was backed up to the building and Joseph works on repairing my tire (in the rain) in-between answering the never ending phone and co-working the front desk with Cody. Joseph, Cody and the entire staff went above and beyond for us and everyone else that needed their service. THANK YOU DISCOUNT TIRE.

“I crashed on 41 in Marquette. And on a fixed income and have no friends and never married so if something goes wrong, I'm usually screwed. Without a vehicle, I and my dog had no way home. If my truck went someplace else, it, and everything in it would simply be lost by forfeit, When you're poor, things just cascade when something goes wrong and people take advntage of you more than not. (One reason I avoid people, they suck). When the driver found out I had to get myself and my truck to Ishpeming, he said that would be at least 350 dollars. Usually people like that are vultures and that can clearly be seen in the other reviews. I checked my cashapp and had 200 left. Already behind, not knowing where or if I can pay it back, even as I write this, I know I'm screwed, but to my suprise, he told me ha would take us home for that amount. Crippling. But I am grateful for the kindness. I asked him directly for a favor and he hooked me up. I'll never forget that. I was going go buy a replacement vehicle from them but I dont have a way to replace it. Now I have to buy food from Jubilie or Super1 in Negaunee and pay their exorbitant markups in price. No way my food stamp rations will cover the month. I dont know what im going to do. Still got a ticket to pay too. The state adds injury to injury, making sure to strike when people are down, and weak.”
“Garrett & the rest of the crew went above & beyond to help me out. They even bagged & loaded my summer tires for me. Very accommodating & patient, helped me decide which tires to purchase (pros & cons of each).”
