“Buying a new car can be, and often is, a stressful experience. So when I found myself needing a new vehicle asap, I dreaded the idea of dealing with pushy car salesmen. Luckily this was not the experience I had with Steven. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, yet still very laid back and straightforward. No tricks or gimmicks. We stopped in last minute on a Saturday afternoon to take a quick test drive and Steven couldn’t have been more friendly and patient with us (especially with a toddler in tow!). He ran some numbers with us the same day and I walked out with my brand new 2026 Equinox by Tuesday morning. The whole process was so seamless I almost wondered if it really happened 😂 I am so relieved to have this off my to-do list!
